Alien Spacecraft Activity

This is just too cute not to share~  An alien spacecraft activity!  Saw this in a classroom that I was in on Friday, and it was just adorable!  The staff made an outer space background, and hung the space ships from the ceiling in front of it using fishing line.

Here's a quick how-to:
-Make a pom pom out of yarn, add googly eyes.  (Not sure how to make a pom pom?  Here are 2 different ways:

-Glue 2 paper bowls to each other.
-Paint the bowls, add glitter, sequins, etc.

-Glue pom pom to top of bowl space ship, glue small clear plastic cup over the top of the pom pom.

-You can make tiny aliens out of small pom poms, googly eyes and pipe cleaners for antennae, and glue them onto the sides of the space ship, too.

So darn adorable!!
